Registration for ALAN2025 is open! Please follow this link to Oxford Abstracts to register.

Registration includes welcome reception, lunch and tea/ coffee on those 4 days, including access to the Activating Europe’s Dark Skies Networking Event and the Science meets Practice Workshop on Friday October 31. Please indicate in your registration if you want to attend these events on Friday to help our organisation. The conference banquet on October 30 is not included in the conference ticket but can be booked as add-on in the process.

There is an option for a shuttle bus from the airports at Dublin, Shannon, and Knock. Please indicate your interest during the registration process. We will contact you about further details.

Conference Fee

Fees do not include the conference banquet on October 30. This will be available as an add-on for €55 and can be paid for with the registration fees.

If you register as student, please present some proof of your status (e.g. student card, letter of university) at the registration desk in Westport.

Attendees from countries with developing economies as listed in the WESP report page 146, table C are allowed to register with the reduced student fee.
